Embodied Recovery for Eating Disorders Professional Training

Embodied Recovery is a new model of eating disorder treatment that draws from the work of Peter Levine, Pat Odgen, Stephen Porges, Allan Schore, Dan Siegel, and Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen. Our professional training is designed to enhance current models of treatment and provides somatic interventions that work directly with attachment and regulatory systems that are driving disordered eating behaviors. We also offer perspectives for somatic practitioners who are working with a treatment team and have a defined role. Learn about the treatment team model and the current framework for treating eating disorders as well as our cutting-edge approach that is re-defining eating disorder recovery.  Our next training will be hosted in Chapel Hill, NC April 27th-29th. See website for more information: www.embodiedrecovery.org.
